Paul Moreno was born in Sparks, Nevada, studied Literature at University of San Francisco and then moved to New York to attend the Gallatin School of Independent Study at NYU. Paul has worked as a gallerist and home-maker, and, as self taught visual artist, makes drawings and paintings. Paul is the co-creator of the zine KNOWSGAY.
In 2008, Paul was hired as a freelance crafter for The Martha Stewart Show which lead to a career in set and prop styling. Paul worked for three years at the Martha Stewart Show and on various MSLO projects including Martha Stewart's Haunted House, Martha's Eggcellent Easter, and Martha's 2010 interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
In 2010 Paul began working with Prop Stylist and Set Designer Charlie Welch, helping craft and shop for props. Paul worked closely on set with Charlie on projects for BHLDN, O, The Oprah Magazine, and David's Bridal.
In 2012, Paul began freelance set and prop styling. He has worked for Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and T magazine, The New York Times Magazine. Paul has also worked as a furniture consultant for Anthropologie.
Paul lives in Brooklyn, NY.
